Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this site. Please review them carefully. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules associated with specific sections or services on the site. All additional guidelines, restrictions, and rules will be considered part of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions take effect on the date they are published and will apply concurrently with any other terms and conditions available on this site. Store Some LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. You should review them regularly whenever you access the site.

Copyright

Customer Content

You must ensure that any content you provide, including images, graphics, text, or other materials, is used in conjunction with any other materials you include in your products. Using third-party text, images, designs, trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted works in your products is prohibited without obtaining proper permission from the rights holders. You are responsible for ensuring your products do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights. You must avoid defamation, libel, or slander. You are responsible for securing all necessary rights or permissions to incorporate third-party materials into your products. By placing an order, you confirm that you have all required permissions and rights and authorize Store Some LLC to produce the products on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and controlling access to your account. Additionally, you are accountable for any orders placed or actions taken under your account. By using your password to place an order or by granting access to others who do so, you grant Store Some LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the content on the site and the printed product. This license is for the purpose of storing designs and processing print orders. Store Some LLC reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed objectionable at its sole discretion.

Store Some LLC may also retain and disclose content if required by law or necessary to (a) comply with legal processes, (b) enforce these terms, (c) address claims of third-party rights violations, or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Store Some LLC, its users, and the public.

Design Files

Store Some LLC provides design files at a resolution of 300 dpi, which is considered low resolution. For higher-resolution design files, please contact sales@storesomellc.com for a quote.

Customer Submitted Artwork

All artwork, designs, and images should be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Storesome LLC is not responsible for color variations during conversion. We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to minimize color variation. Store Some LLC is also not responsible for any quality issues related to customer-provided artwork that may be fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated.

Proofing & Matching

All print jobs require customer approval of the final artwork and 3D mockup. After placing an order, you will receive final artwork proofs and 3D mockups via email. You must review these details carefully, including delivery dates and production speed, to ensure all requirements are accurately noted. Store Some LLC is not liable for specifications and requirements beyond those shared in the final email. Additionally, you must proofread the final artwork proof, as this is your responsibility. Unplanned changes may occur due to file preparation. The final proof represents what will be printed, and we advise printing it at 100% to check the actual fonts, spelling, and design elements. Store Some LLC is not responsible for design or spelling issues not identified and communicated by you. Once approved, the design file and product specifications will be sent to production.

Store Some LLC does not guarantee color matching or ink density accuracy on screen proofs. Screen proofs are intended to preview design layout, text accuracy, and image placement, but not exact color or density. While we will attempt to match color gradients in a duo tone, Store Some LLC is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless a color match proof is specifically requested. Special finishing may alter the appearance of printed colors, and Store Some LLC is not responsible for the final color appearance in laminated products.

Materials

We offer various types of card stock, food-grade stock, and eco-friendly stock. You must approve proofs and layouts before printing. Store Some LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from graphics orientation, font usage, spelling, grammatical or punctuation errors, die cuts, slits, folds, or finished product size.

Color Accuracy and Hard Copy Proofs

Store Some LLC strives to match colors from provided print-ready files as accurately as possible. However, color variation may occur due to the Pantone Matching System (PMS), different printing surfaces, and ink requirements. We guarantee color reproduction within 90-95% of the final approved proof. To ensure color accuracy, opt for a hardcopy proof at an additional cost. Store Some LLC is not responsible for discrepancies between submitted print-ready images and the actual product.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and defend Store Some LLC and any parties from whom Store Some LLC has licensed content, including their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees. This indemnity covers breaches of these terms and any claims related to materials you incorporated into products that were not part of the standard site content.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before printing or shipping. If an item has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Cancellation charges may apply at different production stages. Our customer service team will inform you of any applicable charges.

Order stages are as follows:

Placing the order online.
Reworking the order in our design department.
Sending the order to the press.
Collecting the order from the shipping firm and shipping it to you.

Orders can be canceled before reaching stage 2. For cancellations during stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount will be deducted. If the order is in stage 3, we will attempt cancellation but cannot guarantee it. If cancellation is possible in stage 3, a minimum of 50% of the total order amount will be deducted. Orders in stage 4 cannot be canceled.

Return and Refund

All sales are final due to the custom nature of orders. If Store Some LLC confirms an error on our part, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Reprint

Notify Store Some LLC of any defects, damage, or missing items within 3 business days of delivery. Failure to do so releases Store Some LLC from responsibility. All returns require prior written consent. Charges for expedited printing or shipping, including returned orders, are non-refundable.

Order Shipping and Delivery

Storesome LLC offers various shipping options:

Standard: 8 to 16 business days after final proof approval.
Priority: Within 8 business days after final approval.
Express: Within 6 business days after final approval.

If final proof approval is not received by 5:00 PM EST, the shipping time will be extended by an additional business day.

While we strive to meet delivery schedules, Store Some LLC is not liable for delays or damages resulting from shipping issues, technical problems, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping and delivery dates are based on supplier and order history. We will refund or waive rush charges if applicable, but orders cannot be canceled due to delays. Customers are responsible for customs duties and fees for international shipments if any apply to the customers’ region.

Holidays

US federal government holidays apply.

Damaged and Lost Packages

Inspect all packages for damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Report any issues to Store Some LLC and the delivery courier within 3 business days. Store Some LLC is not liable for third-party shipping errors or damages. Each order includes extra pieces to account for printing trade standards, but slight variations (up to 5%) are allowed. Additional shipping fees apply for reshipments due to incorrect address submissions.

Limitation of Liability

Store Some LLC and its licensors, suppliers, or vendors are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind or for damages resulting from the loss of use, data, or profits. This applies regardless of whether Store Some LLC was advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes issues arising from site use, product performance, or failures. Store Some LLC is not responsible for damages related to unauthorized use of the site or its content.
